Stephanie M. Miranda is a Miami attorney with a practice focused on probate, guardianship, estate planning, and real estate matters. A lifelong Miami resident, Stephanie is deeply connected to the community she serves. She attended St. Theresa Catholic School and Our Lady of Lourdes Academy before earning her Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Florida International University College of Law.
During law school, Stephanie served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Judge Maria Korvick in the Probate Division of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida. In that role, she gained valuable insight into probate and guardianship proceedings while completing more than 130 hours of pro bono service.
Since her admission to The Florida Bar in 2017, Stephanie has devoted her practice to helping individuals and families navigate complex legal matters involving probate administration, guardianship, estate planning, and real estate. Her experience allows her to provide knowledgeable, practical, and personalized legal guidance tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Stephanie is fluent in Spanish and is committed to providing accessible and effective legal representation to both English and Spanish-speaking clients.
